2009 School News

November 26, 2009: The Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat has begun working with grade 1 to 8 teachers to help teachers best provide differentiated instruction in our specialized classrooms.  This initiative is one part of our School Improvement Plan to better serve student who are blind or visually impaired.  The LNS team meets every few weeks with staff to support math and literacy programming.

August 19, 2009: Molly Burke (Grade 10 student at W. Ross Macdonald) wins Miss Teen Canada title
