  • Assistive Technology: Julean uses Inspiration computer software during Mr. Birkenbergs’ Careers class. In this class exercise, students organized the research information they gathered regarding making the transition from secondary school to post-secondary education programs.

  • Assistive Technology: Trillium student uses Kurzweil during his high school English class to read a Toronto Star news article from the website.

  • Literacy: Students use the Smartboard in their high school literacy development class to manipulate the Peeling Off tree (a Phast PACES teaching technique used for practising prefixes, suffixes and root words).
