Professional Development and Workshops

In the Resource Services – Outreach Programs it is our goal to provide timely and poignant learning experiences for educators. We offer a variety of professional development opportunities for schools, school districts and organizations through practical workshops, education programming support and consulting. Programs can vary in length and can be offered at various times during the day.

Our interactive and practical workshops focus on essential topics that support educators in their efforts to help all students learn. Our programs are designed to:

• foster the planning and implementation of effective, learner-centered educational programs by responding to the contextual needs of the learning environment
• encourage the professional growth of staff members
• facilitate the implementation of new curriculam developed by the Ontario Ministry of Education

Workshops
